There is one more need, however it encompasses quite a bit of animations, so I don't expect Papa to jump on it. I'll put it in just for the sake of completeness
Currently all walking/running/fighting animations for one-hand weapons (or w/o weapons) are done from the point of view of a man w/o shield. So his left arm flies around freely. And this becomes a problem when we equip a shield, as shield mesh is tied to the shield bone rigidly, and apparently shield bone is tied to the arm bone rigidly so that arm stays fixed wrt shield. Means shield flies around as if it has no weight. Looks mighty funny when people run and wave their tower shields as if made from cardboard.
Fixing this issue is pretty complex, as we can't yet make agents use different animations depending on shield absence/presence. What can be done is toning down all that waves of the free hand, so that shields look better, but free arm does not look much worse yet. Rather creative task I suppose
