BL Coding Animation Modding tools for Bannerlord? If so, when?

Hey, I doubt this will get any coverage, but I was curious if by chance Tale Worlds has any plans on releasing modding tools for character, troops, and npc animations. It would be cool (especially for overhaul mods) to set up modded custom animations that could trigger to bring that golden immersion that makes Bannerlord modding so unique from other communities. It would be awesome to see custom cheers or bowing to your liege at their court or eating food. Its those little things moddders do to give immersion to the game that is nice. So does any one know when Tale-worlds will be offering modder animation resources for Bannerlord?

I'm Making cinematic Videos ..
BUT Bannerlord NEEDS new features for that like

- Emotions or interaction system for characters (speech,talk,gesture) using F9 to activate
and then use F1 to F8 to start playing anim sequences to be captured

- Camera angles for the player: like pressing Alt+1 changes to close up
Alt+2 changes to Mid camera .. Alt+3 changes to side camera all attached to player

How Can I Edit Camera that follows player make it closer and can zoom more to the head?
Also when pressing Q (make it higher)

I'm not modding it >> I need someone to do it
