Well, people could argue they're beautiful. I think "fascinatingly creepy" would be best. Sure, you're not gonna get a boner by looking at one, but that's not the point of a creature's metabolism. More to the point, they're built like that to survive in the harsh conditions deep down. You know, huge pressure, little food, and other freaky bastards down there with you.
