Really wanted to use his given name but it was already taken or he assumed it would be thus leading him to add numbers at the end in a desperate attempt to let him have Stan as his name.
 
You want to seem intellectual, so you cite a Mesopotamian mythological demigod with their also being a related historical figure. You also wish to convey sympathies with modern popular culture, so you include "homey." But Gilgamesh is not just anyone's homey, he is yours. This reflects a need to express your own greatness upon others. But a truly great figure has no need of this expression, their deeds fulfill this role. Thus you are lacking in some aspect, most likely these being inadequacies of machismo.
