How about a pike and shotte public event? Everyone goes on the same teamspeak, into each channel their side is on, then abit of formation drill before the battle and then just slog it out, somewhat similar to the Lucky Dogs "Prepare to give fire!" Battle Event.

When should the event start?
It is essential to announce the event a few weeks before it actually starts... in order to inform as many people as possible.
You also should create an event on our steam group.
