Poor guys locked up in his clan's own town, he's really in there too and can be prison broke.

I almost broke him out of the prison (only 10k why not?)
RIP, at least I know they can actually die in the prison breaks, had never seen it happen before.
So how did he get in there? I'm think Thais captured him, then they left the service of a enemy faction and he just stuck him in there as the nearest neutral fief prison, as AI do.
I know prisoners are released with a peace declaration, but are they just not with a mercenary ending contract? Do you lose prisoners as the player if you end your contract?
