So first of all, I have been playing this mod and game for a long time alone on my basic laptop i have 100+ hours played mind you that just on my laptop.. Overall i would like to think i have over 500 or so hours played but that not what i made this topic for..
I feel like i am moving super slow in this mod! I have got to the point i have made my own faction.. Struggling for power since i broke off from my former faction (Ravenstern) Fierdsvain are all ready eliminated and i am at constant war with the ravenstern army... I am about 527 Days in and i only have 2 towns (Both from fierdsvain) and the sarleon is almost eliminated... But i want your opinon on this guys. Am i moving too slow in the game? At this point in the mod should i have less then 500 days played? More? My character is only level 20 or 30 i forget because i haven't played today but i need everyone opinion on this.. The mod is really hard and i have 2 cheat strikes (My first one i got for no reason.. Weird? the second one because i cheated in a battle for the knighthood order at the snake cult castle). I also tweaked the mod a bit so money isnt a problem really but i am not some god like character.. My right to rule is max and i have about 2.1k Renown (Only about 200 Troop Party) I have at least 700Mil gold, but like i said i tweaked a lot from tournaments and such.. About 80-90 Honor constantly. Also made my own Knighthood with amazing stats, armor and weapons.

Eh, I myself tend to be later at forming faction. I myself "target" not my level (at low level I have all I need personally) but level of my companions who are Trainers. 31 for them is ok, it lets you train a lot of stuff.

The danger in being late is that potentially a faction has become far too large. But I am prepared with very large recruit-garrison and start off strong with taking lords and capturing fiefs etc.

Doesn´t sound too bad - apart from the cheating.

I use to have less RtR and money but far more friendly lords, honor and reknown by that time (and no CKO ) - but that´s due to my playstyle. I reckon you´re rather level 30ish than 20ish, as those levels still come fast.

2 cities isn´t bad at all for 500 days of gameplay. The more if you were a vassal and Fierdsvain cities are nice to have. Aim for Sarleon and get some underlings. After all you´re a monarch and in dire need of loyal subjects.

Since you like to cheat and stuff that's just how you like to play the game, there are no expectation of how well you should do in SP game. So just do everything at your own pace, having two cities at day 500 during first PoP no-cheating playthrough is somewhat hard, so you already accomplished a lot more than a normal player would. I recon I still was a mercenary at the time on my first playthrough, and only got first city at about day 700, two more by 800 and became king by around 1000.

Guys i didnt cheat intentionally lol.. I only cheated because the fight was impossible i mean 1000 troops in one Garrison? I was marshal at the time and i lost like 3 times in a row and i got to the point i was just so mad and wanted to just be done with it.. That was the only thing i cheated for.. Dont remember how i got my first strike i was traveling around the map and got it i was like wait wut... Just let it slide. Mind you i went in blind to the mod and didnt know anything.. Soon i will be friends with the noldor.. At abotu 13 Relation  But yah I have recruited one vassal so far from the Ravenstern and have all the left side of their kingdom conqured except Ravenstern which will be very hard... 800 Troops hurts when you only have 4 vassals :/ But I destroy them in battlefields.. After i do it they ask for peace but i need at least one castle before getting peace..

Timelines in particular are a bit hard due to many things.

As an example, my win campaign had 700+days before starting the kingdom, but at day ~820, had taken all of Pendor because it was straight steamrolling. Preparation gets you far in Pendor.

It doesn't help that some things are much more easily done as a vassal and beautifully set you up for a successful kingdom. (Eg: prepping your CKO, getting thousands of recruits in your town(s), etc.

I always take it slow so you're not too far off.  Money is an issue if you don't prepare so that's another reason to take your time and gather a huge horde of money before becoming independent.  When you start off on your own is the hardest part of the game, you won't have many lords or fiefs and you'll be attacked constantly by other factions.  Once you survive that, then the game is over essentially, so take your time.  You are at the beginning of the late end game already.

Im at day 600 now level 29, was about to take over ravenstern then the remaining of their faction (No King) came in and rushed us and now its a 400 vs 686  Its going to be a lost... But i have 3 towns and about 3-4 castles (Senderfall other 2 in fierdsvain territory) I cant find the red brothood hideout or whatever to get another dragon tear :/ i need it so i can upgrade troops to get noldor aromor and hire noldor mercanarys
Also i gatherd my town garrisons so they have 1000+ Troops so even though senderfall is right in the middle of their territory they cant take it.. Mind you i have a positive income of 7000 even with my party towns and castles

I was a bit slow too, just having fun fight's, getting renown, becoming marshall, reconquering lost castles and a town (Ishkoman), later being awarded with it. Then I saw my husband (Hrothgar the Fat - he was the only one who would marry me ), an enemy lord, raiding one of our kingdom's villages so i went there to check the dialogue options with him. I didn't pay much attention to it though, clicked on something and poof, we both seceded from our kingdoms and formed a new one :iamamoron: Of course there was a reprisal raid from my former liege but to my surprise i withered it easily with masses of bladesmen and dervishes on the battlements, while i was hiding behind a wall as to not invite a misfortune  After that i've garrisoned the city with 200 dervishes and 100 bladesmen and other troops to the total of 500, which made my enemies avoid it like plague. Later i've replaced the bladesmen with cheaper pendor swordsmen, cca 150 now. The present day is 729 and i've only just begun

you are too early.

having two settlements at day 500 is not uncommon or either early or late, but also having your cko ready is kinda early. i am currently having my own faction at day 300 and i regret it since although my rtr is high and renown ok, i didn't take time to fill quests, to hunt gems, to set up a nice little village and go to ulric's neverending feasts, i am not even at the strenght required to wear the pendor crown. i own ethos and two more castles and already have some sarleon lords by my side. previously i played a game where in day 200 poinsbruk was sacked and raves were losing two wars. i took it for myself and by day 300 i had no more reason to play, the game was in early development, the armies were puny while i had aggressively conquered all ravenstern and most of sarleon with grand help from the jatu and even wolfbode and simply keeping kings and marshalls in prison. it was no fun.

my almost 3000 days long game... well, that was a ton of fun! i still remember winning a balanced sword at a noldor tournament after out-archering lethaldiran. totally awesome. taking all my hundreds of cko with me in a siege and losing them to scorpions. endless tries of taking the snakes, sir alistair deserting to d'shar, fun, i tell you. a save i kept and sometimes i would just play with that char for the sake of my uber imba super expensive cko and the good times i had winning that game. after 3000 days it go to the point where lord agathon would bring a pizza and lady meraced would skype me to hang out.
