Need More Info Always getting this error when I'm in a game

Hello,

A member of my clan always get this error after a few minutes in a game (no matter which mode he's playing). He also said me it happens on singleplayer too.

He already re-install his GPU and CPU drivers. And he made a verification of the files via Steam.

We stay here for answering any question about context or anything else.
