In Progress Alt tab crash

Summary: I started a new campaign and had a few downloads running on background I tried to alt tab to check if its still downloading and boom it crashed tried to alt tab again after launching game it crashed again but with a twist the steam overlay wasnt accesible after first crash and steams own fps counter wasnt there too
How to Reproduce: simply alt tab
Have you used cheats and if so which:none
Scene Name (if related):none
Media (Screenshots & Video):none
Computer Specs:
OS: Win10
GPU: Evga GTX1070 SC Black
GPU Driver Version: 497.09
CPU: i7-10700K
RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz
Motherboard: Z490-F
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Seagate BarraCuda 510 SSD ZP500CM30001

Okay seems like you cant just reproduce with only alt tabbing Im not sure how to reproduce this but it surely did crash when alt tabbing
Now I try to reproduce it I simply can't

Okay update; it just crashed again when I alt tabbed and I cant even play the game at this point

Crash uploader did not pop up it just throws you to desktop and I have no idea what is causinig this, even checked the integrity of the files issue still persists

Also pressing ctrl+F5 in near end of a battle crashes too no uploader for this one too
