I think you need your school money back, cause you clearly didn't learn even the most fundamentals of math(s), a number can never have more than a single decimal separator, and as such this can't be one number, but is in fact 3 whole numbers, so yeah you are literally saying 1=10

But there is no 0.1 in play here there is a whole 1 and a whole 10, it is 3 SEPERATE NUMBERS, used in the versioning

And if anyone having problems with saves, People recommended rolling back to 1.0.9 see if that will work.

Is there any way for me to launch the game before Steam updates it? I tried disconnecting the internet and running the executables in the /bin/Win64_Shipping_Client directory but they all won't run because of missing Steam API. I want to copy the character creation parameters of my character, i.e. the way he looks, in case I won't be able to play him again.

Looks like 1.0.10 is still broken and is being rolled back to 1.0.9 in the public version.

In my opinion, the only solution is to let us all play with 1.1.0 instead.
