(Almost) perfect 15c Milanese Horse Armour + 'I love M&B

I've made this three weeks ago and now I've found out how to downlord. This pack includes Almost prefect reconstruction of Milanese Horse Armour made in 1450 and I love M&B shirts file. Dump them into texture file. Shirt file will replace costume_4 files so if you daon't want it to be replaced, don't put it in the folder.

Give me a screenshot of the "I love M&B" shirt. Do they come in different colors?

Very nice. My only suggestion would be that the horses always have a flat, unmettalic look to their armor but its slightly more pronounced here with the lighter gray color. If there was some way to make it look more metallic that would be perfect.

Either way, I think Noo8 is getting together another version of hugemod so make sure you contact him about putting it in.

Yes, that's the problem I faced.

It is partly because I made it with handpainting in Photoshop. It means using brush tool to paint... Perhaps it'll help if you can shine it with pixel shading.

Ok, I'll try to make it more steel like, and some dents.

For different coloured shirts, not at the moment. Maybe later when mod tool came out and I could make a huge quantity of shirts, like, 'Swadis Rules!' etc.

edit: I checked and found downlording from rapidshare tedious. Does anyone know better site?

This one is the same as the one before but I've made another one, more silver.



Left one is, a bit darker than the right. It looks very white when it's next to others, like warhorse. I was hoping to release .psd file of this horse so you can make your own shade of horse armour.

This one is for Onin no ran mod.
edit: it is a part of the mod I made, and can be changed later. It'd be nice if you give me some feedback.

This contains,

New interfaces.
New Charger skin.
New faces for both male and female (Japanese faces + pale female faces. If you just want Japanese girl face, select only womanface_medi. womanface_red is Japanese aristocrat facepainting)
New body texture for male
'I love M&B shirt'. This will overwrite costume_4 (the one that includes Heraldic armour).

I used Photoshop7 with Ndivia plug-in for dds converter.

In the layer, you'll see there're a lot.

If you want to change the simple colour, make layers with * invisible and insert your new texture onto these layers. Then erase the texture of lower part of the body and saddle.

If you want to make more, I've saved a lot of selection paths. Selection>load to load up the selections. It's possible to make a black horse armour with silver lining.

AS far as I know, it does.

When you made the change, first, flatten the image. Then, go to Channel in Layer window and delete all channels except 'RGB' 'Red' 'green' 'blue' 'alpha', then save.

If you want to restore the original one. make layers with '*' invisible and make other layers (except the top one)visible.

It's pity that new version comes with really nice Charger...

I'll post bigger version (with interface etc) tomorrow for version 0.7.
