In Progress Allied party heroes imprisoned in friendly dungeon.

Summary: Allied Lords are taken as prisoners in the very same dungeon of the settlement they were defending.
How to Reproduce: Stay inside a settlement who will be sieged, join the defense, wait for the ambush mission to begin, finish it and retreat, enemy will immediately attack, in which case you should join the battle and after doing enough casualties allow them to retreat, friendly warbands will decide to attack the besieging army and get defeated, but instead of being put into the enemy army prison, will end up in the allied dungeon.

This happened in my game as well. I tried going into the dungeon and other possible ways to "break them out" but couldn't find any solutions. I figured it was just yet another bug with the game that will never get fixed.
