Resolved [All Versions] Campaign map click to move 5 second freezes & crashes sometimes

During Any Clicks to move on the Campaign map the game freezes for 5 seconds. After some time game crashes when trying to move

Summary:
During Any Clicks to move on the Campaign map the game freezes for 5 seconds. After some time game crashes when trying to move. Tested with different graphics cards and storage media, both ssd and hdd. Tested with different RAM. Issue still present. Is not present on other systems with different CPU and Motherboard.

Other info, CPU and GPU utilization drop spike to 5 to 4% for CPU and GPU whenever game freezes then returns to 70% utilization after the freeze.
Happens on all Graphic settings. Base game combat works flawlessly. Only issue is this one

How to Reproduce:
Could not reproduce on other machines with different processors. Just click on campaign map to try and move and it freezes for 5-10 seconds

OS: Windows 10 pro 64 bit ver. 1909 Build 18363.1016
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070
CPU: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.00 GHz
RAM: Avexir DDR4-2400 CL 16 8BG x2
Motherboard: Asus z170-A
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): HDD and SDD issue on both
