All my troops are incapacitated after battle?

Since the new version, every time I fight a battle, no matter how well I win or lose, as soon as I return to the campaign map, all my troops are incapacitated, and require the full healing time to get back to fighting strength.

This is happening across multiple characters.
Am I the only one experiencing this?

for me it's fine. Is warband on 1.153? Maybe you should update?

1.154.
Native warband and other mods work fine.
Creating a new character doesn't solve the problem.
Clean ups and verification haven't helped.  I'm trying a full reinstall of both game and mod now.

It seemd the full reinstall has fixed whatever it was that was causing the problem.

I had these kind of reports before, but could never reproduce the bug, no matter what I've tried. Your a lifesaver man

I actually took a good long while before posting here purely because I didn't want to take up your time if I was the only one with the problem
At least now if someone else comes with the same problem, we have a solution?

I just had this issue, but i updated using SVN and it did fix it, so if you are having this problem, at least try this before updating it could help, it seems to have done so for me. This mod is great by the way, first post in the forums just cuz I love this mod so much  .

not to lead anyone astray, the problem arose again, this time however I ran the battle again and did not die, so i believe the problem lies with dieing, or possibly with the fact that i had to do that extra battle to kill the stragglers of the battle beforehand. in that scenario i did lose all of my men... I guess I just can't die... i could reinstall and see if it fixes it however, i think i'm going to stick with it. the situation seems somewhat real to me, if your captain dies it makes sense the troops would be demoralized for a while. yes it's aggravating but i can live with it :p.

I have exactly the same problem. (warband = 1.154)
Reinstalled Warband and the mod allready, but it doesn't really change anything.

It indeed only happens when you die.

Will try to start a new game to see if that does anything.

edit: new game doesn't seem to help

Do you have the same issue with 1.153? Perhaps give it a try.

OK yeah, turns out the only reason it seemed to have fixed my problem was because I stopped getting my ass knocked out.
Just got knocked out, was the only casualty other than one Miles, and all my troops are now unconscious.

Did you fight the battle alone or with some allies? If so, how many? Lords? Random parties?
Did you recruit any of the enemy prisoners after?
Did you take any prisoners after the battle?
Do you play with auxiliary player on or off?
Who did you fight when the bug occurred?

Do you play with auxiliary player on or off? not sure what you mean with this, but I kept it quite standard
Who did you fight when the bug occurred? random bandits, tried all the grey I ancountered

I do not use the lance system

Would love to try an older version of warband, but I'm not quite sure how.
I reinstalled the game and made sure the option to update automatically was not checked (steam version)

He likely used the auxiliary player function (I beleive this means you play as someone else when you get knocked out?). I do not believe it has anything to do with whether or not you recruit as i have been knocked out and won the battle with other soldiers, then had to do that secondary battle where there are just the few enemies that you have routed, and my army was already incapacitated. Before it got to the point of recruiting.

uhh... Okay, I might have found the problem. Again - it never happened to me, but i might be luck(un-lucky). I'll commit a fix in a few minutes to the repository, if any of you could try it out and let me know - that would be great!

Seems to be solved now

Did the same as before and still got all my troops for the next fight.
