Alka

This Sunday the 293rd Alka will be held (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alka). It's a pretty big event in Croatia, with around 10000-15000 people attending the tournament and a live TV coverage. So I'm interested if anyone outside Croatia has heard of it.
