Alea and Phasos not appearing at Lageta

Playing a level 4 clan, I recently left my Mercenary Contract and took over Lageta, without forming a Kingdom to let me save up a tonne of denars before going to war with the surrounding Kingdoms.

I've owned Lageta for around 2 in game months and, ever since taking it over, both Alea and Phasos' pages say "last seen near Lageta". I really want to set them up with merchant caravans while its peaceful, as they are both over 18 now, but it appears there is no way to do this.

Has anyone encountered this before and does anyone know a fix? I have tried going into the Fief to assign extra members, but they do not appear under this menu.

try going to the clan menu and click on them then click on the recall member button
