Hi. As moddeling has more and more a negative influence on my life, I will stop it soon. Therefore I would like to share my stuffs with as many people as possible. That's why I decided to make OSP packs instead of promising tons of stuffs to many mods. I intend to finish the projects I have started, then upload them. You can modify my stuffs, etc. as long as you give me credits.

A texturer would be welcome, because I am really bad at texturing. I above all need some new wall textures.

Buildings pack
Including:
- Constantinople Theodosian wall, 5th c. (improved old models)

- Umayyad castle (Baños de la Encina, Spain), 10th c. (old models)

- Khayran wall (Almeria, Spain), 11th c. (old models)

- Almohad fortifications, 12th - 13th c. (old models improved)

- Moorish mosque, 12th - 15th c. (new model)
French fortifications, 12th - 15th c. (new models)

Dutch fortifications, 13th - 15th c. (improved old models)

Most of historically accurate mods can use these stuffs.

@ Sayd, I'll not stop modding definitively, I will just make a long pause
These last months I even couldn't sleep sometimes so much I was thinking about modding :???:  As soon as I visited a castle or something, I imagined how to make it in Wings 3D, etc. It became really disturbing.

Awesome and probably possum. I love it. The last tower, though, what time is that from? The general shape reminded me of early 12th century castles but the little towers and the windows disagree with that.

Thanks guys.

@kuauik, indeed, and it's more than a simple addiction to a game since modding is far more rich and rewarding than playing

@FrisianDude, actually it is a late 14th /15th century French keep. The machicolation and the small watchtowers (named échauguettes in French) are typical of this period. The general shape can indeed remind 12th and 13th century keeps like that:
(this is the templar tower of Paris)

It's very impressive.

This looks native - or have I forgotten what native looks like...
Of course it looks native  its using native textures

Sarcasm aside, I don't recall any double story square towers with the castle_j (if I recall correctly) set. In fact, I believe the only enterable pieces of fortification where the gatehouse and a D shaped tower. But the fact that it blends so well with the native scenprops is a testament to your skills, Al Mansur! and the other stuff too.....

This an Iberian tower (rather Almohad or Mudejar) that I made in order to fit Native's arabian_castle, which already looks Iberian.

you certainly love french and moorish structure....
That's because I am half Moor (Algerian) and I live in France.
But even if I hadn't any links with France, I would have made these French props, because French military architecture was by far the most ingenious and useful in Europe (an English, Moorish or Dutch 13th century castle is just ridiculous in comparison to a French one of the same period).

You're welcome
I should perhaps make some scenes with these props and share them.

Just found an old French castle that I had totally forgotten:
I will retexture it with Native textures, it will look really nice I think.
