Manitas Grandmaster Knight 2008-10-19 #2 Yet Another Hardcode, I'm afraid. There's no way to affect the reticle directly other than the 'accuracy' stat afaik. Though in previous versions (most probably 1.x also), its' behavior was affected by the damage stat, which made things worse imo.

Shik Baron 2008-10-19 #4 No, I think a higher speed rating does in fact tighten the reticule faster - the reticule tightening depends on how fast the bow is pulled in game.
