AI Conquering all map too fast

Hello, I actually had two singleplayer games, and in few time AI conquered all the map and game over. In both of games Northern Empire did it, I don't know in how many years in the first game, but in the second game at 1090 year was already all conquered. Is it supposed to be that fast?

Note: I know you tried to solve this issue in some patch ago, however my 2nd game was after it, as a new campaign. So actually I am a bit frustrated and will wait for a fix till play singleplayer campaign.

I've found this helps a lot. I'm currently at year 1101 and no one is dominating. It's definitely something TW needs to address.

Mount & Blade II: Snowball is a thing, they are aware of it though and are trying to mitigate it with some quick fixes, which have been sucessfull so far, but don't expect it to be completely fixed any time soon, I expect it will take a lot of fine tunning to solve.
