I think the battles go by too fast and men die way too quickly...the AI needs to defend incoming blows more often and play more defensivly especially when fighting multiple opponents. Also, when multiple ground units are attacking 1 enemy, they should try to surround/flank him/her instead of the line attack they do now.
The world dynamics are pretty cool with NPC parties moving around the map and doing things on their own, but the problem is the world map never really does change and the parties seem pretty random, making the game repetitive for high level players. A system where the factions really do fight and try to take eachother out would be cool. A basic AI and resources system could be added to each faction where they would build up troops and launch attacks at eachother, possibly taking over towns. More NPC factions with their own bases would also be nice. If a real AI system is implemented where factions would gather resources and buld troops, plan large scale attacks on enemy towns, make use of the player for strategetic plans(missions), and engage in diplomacy/trade with other factions, then replayibility of the game would be HUGE because the world would be constantly changing and no two games would be the same. If dynamic factions can't be implemented, then random and scripted world events like, invasions, disasters, boss parties, etc. would also be cool.
