Age of Empires 2: AoC meets Warband

Haha. We had a game a short while ago. In fact, they might still be playing. (I basically lost)

It was really quite interesting at the beginning. We all jumped into alliances and me and Gabeed decided to attack each other after I asked him to ally if he gave me 500 gold. We were constantly fighting in the middle of blue's base. He was practically screaming into the mic about us taking our fight somewhere else.

Gabeed got the better of me, so I retreated into green's base. There a civil war started between Sir Gaunt and Dies. Green and blue both built wonders, and Gabeed sent a fleet to destroy green's wonder, and war elephants to destroy blue's.

Moral of the story: Don't play against Persians, they're OP.

Hell I'll play. I mainly play DeathMatch though, I'm sluggish at Random Map except as Japanese.

I can play some Age of Kings  . Used to have AoConquerors, but the CD is too damaged now. Could piracy(hypothetically of course) be OK if I had previously purchased gold edition?(which I did)

Well, you could torrent it. I mean, you still have to have the CD in your drive for it to work. So if your CD actually gets read, but some files are just damaged, I would personally think it's OK.

olo only likes dm, rm just isnt his thing.  p.s. persia isnt op, but they are extremely meaty if used correctly.  everything has a weakness though, aoe2 is probably the most balanced game there is.  siege onagers / saracens, particularly mamuluks / bombard towers / halbrediers  are some things that work well against elephants.

one thing that is dissapointing though, gameranger is like 90% castleblood, 8% rm, and 2% dm, so theres only a 2% chance olo gets to play the game.
