That's interesting, I assume it's stencilled?
Yeah I made a concept and then designed stencils for it, put the lines on the wall with a pencil
and now I'm only painting it with colors.

By the way, I noted something about Byzantine culture. Just to tell you (of course you probably know) that the Saracen-style Byzantine buildings in AoE II are a mistake. Ensemble/Microsoft must have thought that Byzantines = Turks or something, because everyone knows that Byzantines are Greek, therefore they should not have Saracen/Turkish buildings.
In AoE II I really liked the Tarkans - fast, although a little expensive, but really powerful and with good HP. And I loved the Huskarls. Fast, cheap, in age IV you make them super fast, (almost) immune to archers, good attack when Elite and upgraded.
And I'll say this again: All four thumbs up for this mod.
P.S.: It seems that the other one is dead, so this will be it. But why only 7 factions? Or it's only for the first versions?
Probaly (in the first versions) I won't have different buildings for cultures...
I'll explain:
The scenes in Mount and Blade are static, so putting a building into a scene is quite complicated.
So you need a seperate scene for every possible combination of buildings...
That's why I decided to make different scenes, for different sorts of buildings.
Still there are many scenes:
Towncenter-scenes:
(Towncenter, TC+1 House, TC+2 Houses, TC+3 Houses,...) right now I got
6 scenes
Fields-scenes:
(Empty scene, Mill, Mill+1 Field, Mill+2 Fields, Mill + 3 Fields,....) right now I got
9 scenes
Economy-scenes:
(Empty scene, Lumber Camp, Stone Camp, Gold Camp, LC+SC, LC+GC, SC+GC, LC+SC+GC)
8 scenes
Military-scenes:
(Empty scene, Barracks, B+Stable, B+Archery R., B+S+A) 5 scenes
Fortification scenes:
(empty, wall, castle, wall+castle, ...maybe more to come) right now 4 scenes
All in all right now those are
32 scenes Doing it for two cultures would mean I'd have to make 64 scenes.
The work might not be a problem, but the size of the mod would also increase...
