Victor is the fundation of most of the Age of Blackpowder mods, I think it's fair to say it's more than a variant.

And yeah, it's still in devolopment. Although the devolopment has siest for a while, but will be picked up soon enough. It's all about the motivation.

What I need to do right now is to fix the troop files, they got corrupted during an compilation. After that, is it bout time to add formations and moral.
