Need More Info After the patch update 1.0.5, it is not possible to restart the backup.

Hello,

I'm sure you'll excuse some mistakes, I'm French.

I'm a big M&B player, I've already played 42 hours on this opus. So far no problems except some loading during attacks or discussions.
I played all the afternoon until about 6/19h. I'm going to eat I come back I see that there is an update so I suspect that it is the patch 1.0.5 I install it so I see the advances (still not the French language :p)

I restart my backup, it tells me that I have to install the new modules what I'm doing. I play for a while and I see next to my castle that I have one of my armies with one of my companions I talk to him, once the discussion ends the game crashes.

He gives me this error message: "Application crash: The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. Would you like to upload these files now?" I say yes, it opens a crash report window. I write the report as I do here but even the report doesn't want to be sent...
I try 3 times and it still won't... I have a pretty powerful computer, the games run very well, I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 graphics card, I think it's like one of the old patches where many people couldn't go back to their backups and maybe it's starting again. I hope I don't lose it I'm pretty well advanced I've created my kingdom today...

Do you have any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
