after match ends im not getting an xp or credit for completing a match

yea after i finish a match the next screen doesnt come up and tell me ive been rewarded, ive played a good 10 matches or so now an dim stuck at level 2 even with 20 something kills a game

If its tdm or siege you dont get credit, its only the matchmaking games that count.

TDM and Siege count if they are from matchmaking. Any Custom Game or Custom Game Server list match though will not count be credited
