Has there been any thought about Affiliate program?
Example Amazon is paying 5% of sales made (and % gets bigger with number of sales but that isn't necessary but is stimulating).
5% would be 60 cents out of current $12 price, I got no idea how much does it cost esallerate.net and how much of $12 ends up in the right hands but if payment limit is set at $100 you would need to sell 167 copies of game to be paid!
Affiliates could also use funds to buy extra serials or to buy M&B 2.
Hopefully this should give significant boost to sales since there will be extra incentive to advertise the game and bunch of spammer will put there referrals links around.
OTOH it could be more trouble then its worth - in that case don't blame me.
