SP - General Advantages for factions during battles (can reduce snowballing i guess)

Okay so i think that each and every faction is a good at something. As when we create a character we are given a choice that which culture we choose each different culture have different perks
Like sturgians they are good in ice, and battianians they are good in forest i want that these perks should also reflect on battles like when fighting sturgians in winter (in snow) they should have advantage over player or any other faction they are fighting. I think this will also help in reducing snowballing.

Here is a list what i believe when a faction should get advantage in a battle:-

1) Sturgians:- on winter map ice
2)Battanians:- in forest battles
3) Aserai:- they should have good economy as they are merchants and should have a slight advantage in desert
4) Empire:- in siege warfare
5)khuzait:- better horse archers in their territory
6)vlandians:- they should have high level troops

Devs can also balance this by making factions weak when they are not getting help from their perks like
1) they can make sturgians weak in desert,
2) Vlandians can have low troop number (as they have good quality)
3)etc

This list is based on my opinions which are based on perks the player get when selecting a culture

This will make game more realistic and i believe will reduce snowballing

Again this is just a opinion please don't criticize or hate me for this or any other who tries to say something here

Isn't this already in play?
I'm pretty sure I've had movement penalties in terrain my units aren't comfortable with, while enemies have had boosts in their home territories.
