Admins dont help when its needed.

Hello, Im getting really annoyed getting killed by rule breakers, For example : When i surrender and drop my weapons i get killed anyways, Then i say the players name wich did it to the admins (backspace), but they never answer or help? They dont bother NLR either. Do the admins RP to much and skip  the "admin part". maybe u could combinate being an admin and Roleplayer.

I dunno if its like that, but all the times ive played and tried to get help from an admin they dont help. every time its been atleast 2 admins online.

do i exaggerate or do u guys think this 2?

Understand that its hard admining like 90 ppl at the same, but it would appreciated if u atleast would answer and help when you got time for it.

I c, ive always tought it was rule reaking^^  but its still as the title sas in other rules wich is broken.

Admins dont help when u need it, u can say it in their chat serveral times but they wont help or answer^^

Not on our server. they should capture people and sell them to ransom broker. Or at least if they get kill do it in a proper RP way, so we can refund people who followed the prisonner RP

Admins are usually quite flooded with complaints. Just because they cannot help you all the time, doesn't mean that they do not want to, or try to.
And as long as players keep whining even if they get killed through legit roleplay reasons, that's how it is going to stay.

In my opinion, it should be a warn/kickable offense to complain to an admin with a clearly illegitimate reason.

Yes, aldric, but when u get killed unarmed by an randomer ofc i write in backspace to an admin (ur server) but they wont even answer, ive written so many times and when i klick tab its several admins online, but none cares to help.

If they cant help, why cant they just say wait a few minutes? they dont even answer.

That's like an off duty cop witnessing a crime, but being completely passive about it. If he's not admining, he shouldn't use the ****ing admin account in the first place. Yes I mad.

There are some good admins and some bad admins, theres many types some that become an admin for the power, some that become and admin to help people realize its pointless and become generally dicks, some good ones, some that  just like the attention of people needing them, or those that only help their friends and when it comes to anyone else they can screw them selves, and its like that and always will be on every server

I agree with fegelein, why have the admin name at all? then the randomers dont random when ur around, if u dont have admin u can for example get them when they random u.

but also most admins like to prance around in their armour or weilding a invisble sword so they are easy to pick out and few admins go under cover anymore I remember when admins would go undercover and flsuh out randomers in teams as a sport, but now their time more on NA is spent killing each other all day

I'm sorry that happened, that's clearly bad admining. If you had written down the time that this happened, and posted allitle admin complaint on our "Admin Complaints" thread, loggs would have been checked, and admins would have been in trouble.

On a side-note, whenever I'm RPing, and someone asks for help/Reports rule-breaking in the admin chat, I break off the RP to go help them. I thought the other admins did this too.

I go undercover alot, and it works.

I think a notification that an admin is aware of the issue would be nice. It's not hard to do a quick type-in-admin chat "One moment".

I try to make announcements when things are really busy, and I can't seem to get to even half of the reports, saying something like "We do see your report, but we're really busy, so try to be patient".

Also, you know how long it takes to find a name on the player list, you should know how long it would take saying "One moment" to 5-10 players, while talking over Local and Admin chat with the people involved in the current report that you're handling.
I think a multi-targeting feature would be helpfull here, maybe a suggestion I'll put up on the right thread

Strider I know you go under cover and when I make post about admins your one of the few that exempt from them because you do a good job

Yes, but most admins dont answer. I take it as you are getting ignored. Would be much better for both if u could say " im sorry, i can't help you right now, But if you tell the name if the one wich did it ill take care of it when i got time" Then i can stop worriyng about that randomer wandering around, and have fun and play :

aldric, i think the admins do a great job with events and banking , i don't want to tell anyname about who didnt help. He/them might been handling others as rasorath said. but only if admins could keep it in their mind to say to the person that hes handling others.

I usually did announcments when i admined on NA, containing:

"We are doing the best we can. Please be patient. We are dealing with one issue at a time"

That at least helps the players know that the admins are trying to help them.

Sending personal messages to every single player that asks for help would take too long.
