Adding the Eagle and the Radiant Cross's items to this

Alright, I'd first like to say I've read up on this sort of stuff and apparently it's very difficult. I'm not expecting much here, but it's worth a try. What I want to do is play this mod (native expansion) but add the items from "The Eagle and the Radiant Cross" so i can use those too (namely the guns..). Is there any possible way to do that with these two mods? I don't really have any idea how to do it. I've attempted copying .brfs and textures and stuff over from TEATRC to the NE folder, and having the module.ini file load the TEATRC.brf (Eagle_Radiant.brf)..but I always get an error about "reregistering the texture costumes133.", and then M&B closes. Can anybody help me with this? :D
 
Hmm. wasn't being...exactly lazy. I did search, just none of my searches came up with anything. Whats "grenzwertig" mean? But thanks, I'll read these.

Edit: Ok, followed the direction and it loads the .ini file and everythign but then it gets to "Setting Data" and i get a RGL Error..
"Unexpected End of File while reading file: Modules\TestIt. NE\item_kinds1.txt" =/. The "Ending" of the file looks the same as original "The Eagle and the Radiant cross" So..er..anyone know what could cause this

Edit 2: Nevermind! Got it! Apparently I was having it "load" 692 items, when there was only 691. I had to change

Yeah. :P. They've been working, but, unfortunately, they don't seem to spawn in stores.(Had to have them spawn in the players inventory with a new game). I think i remember reading something about the stores not including ammo+muskets in the store list unless you do something, but said guy didn't know how to do it. I don't suppose you, as a mighty Mod, know what to do?
 
Well, there's no store dedicated to selling firearms and you won't be able to edit the stores to sell them, unless you're willing to go through the module system, so the only way you'll be getting firearms is manually adding them to your character in troop.txt on trp_player. Which you've already done.
 
Ah. Alright then. Thanks for the help.

Edit: Guns are in, work fine (as said above) but whenever i fire my handcannon, i get some errors. I also randomly get errors in siege battles. I can only give you a pic of what the handcannon gives me, since i can replicate it. Don't suppose anybody could help me with this?



The glowing balls are apparently normal, it's where the 'bullet' lands (i dont know why they decided to make them look like that). Also, sometimes when i shoot the gun a chest rises above the glowing balls and floats in the air. =/. When this happens, i believe only the first error is listed.

Whenever these errors occur, it 'activates' the whistle.wav sound file.

Ugh. Sorry to have to double post guys, but I'd rather have the question answered, and apparently editing does not bump this to the first page.
Also: why is it against the rules to double post? Seems like a silly rule to me.

Not sure there is a Rule persay....  but it is consider poor Internets Ettiquette to double post.
 
THAT is the result of you copying directly from the item files, I'd assume. The gun calls a script to create a scene prop, which is nonexistent in NE, but existent in TEatRC.
 
Yeah. Create the item using item editor, and don't copy directly - use the item flintlock_pistol as a base, and remember to change itm_type to musket or whatever if it's a rifle/musket, or leave it as a pistol if it's a one-handed firearm.
