Adding new faction

Is it possible to add new faction to the multiplayer game? Actually there is few methods to see new unique factions. For example:
— crossbowmen: with only usual crossbow, with axes, without shield, with two-handed weapon, with spear;
— archers: with shield, with spear, with other kit of bows (only long & war bows or war & short, for example);
— infantries: with awlpikes & axes, with skimitars & axes, without spears, with only short and fast weapons, with few types of shields (nordic & kite shields or rhodok board & heater shield);
— horsemen: without lance, with good free shield, with free axe, with sarranid & hunter horses.
