I am currently playing in a fairly large clan and our leader is not active 24/7. It would be great to have the choice to assign people as co-leaders or some sort of officer rank that grants people permissions. Such as being able to add or remove members from the clan.
Without some sort of permissions it sometimes forces players to
a) make a new clan and later disband it.
b) queuing for skirmish instead of a clan match, which can lead to people matchmaking against the wrong team, which can result in people leaving the match.
