Adding CD Key To TW Account

I seem to be unable to add my Mount and Blade key to my TaleWorlds account.  It says it's "Invalid serial code syntax".  I purchased the game from Steam, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it.  The key looks like this (X = letter; # = number):

XXXX-#X##-####-####-X##X-##X#

The website I believe is only set up to take 4x4 keys (four groups of four characters) not 6x4 keys like you are reporting.
Likely this is a brand new problem given the current Steam sale and the high number of purchases.

I do have a friend who is having the same problem. Any chance it could be fixed soon?

He says he has 6 groups of 4 characters.

Same problem here, I did a new topic as None topic name was near of represent my problem, here it is:

As I said there, only first group was upper case, as normal cd-key are, the rest was lower case.

The first 4 digits are MNBL, and I suppose all you have the same first letters, as they look as a acronim for Mount aNd Blade (Don't know what is the L)
