Adding animations to orders

How would I make it so when you order your men to charge my character cheers?

You would have to use triggers in mission templates and check probably less than every second for a change in orders to the charge order.  That is if you can check to see what the current order is.  I havent messed around with orders so I dont know if you can check and see what the current order is.
