Adding an additional sound?

Hey guys I have forgotten on how to add a new sound file to a mod. I figured out that I could replace existing sounds, I did a search but couldnt find any topics about adding new sounds to the game.

Anyone know how?

I got it working myself.

Just added a new line in the module_sound.py file with my new file name specifying a new sound ID in the beginning.

(the sounds have to be .ogg I believe)

I put the sound file in the sound folder and added
scan_module_sounds = 1
to my modules ini and to play a new weapon sound, add this to the trigger for the item

[(ti_on_weapon_attack,[(play_sound,"snd_MyNewSoundIDSpecifiedInModule_sounds"),(position_move_x,pos1,5),(position_move_y,pos1,36),(particle_system_burst,"psys_pistol_smoke",pos1,100)])]

The particle system burst isnt needed but it makes a particle fire off and the sound as well when ever the weapon attacks

You mean does it play to all players in a multiplayer game?
