Add village elder and guild master to village and town menu

I know you can add village elder and guild master to village and town menus but I can't find how to do it. I looked on the 82 tweaks and can't find the tweak.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to find it.

No, seriously, how are you going to apply the tweak if you can't even find it? I mean, it's right there in the first post.
