SP - General Add the ability to look around in first person

Currently the Show character button works in third person, yet doesn't appear to work when you switch to first one. So while running away from the enemies you can't look back to see how close they are, you can't properly look around while being in the shield wall or moving around, etc. This feature was really useful in Warband and the fact that it doesn't work now seems like an oversight to me.

Bonus points if it communicates with Track IR. Though I'm not sure if that's on the devs or Track IR.
