SP - General Add Settlement Building

This is 100% something I want to see in Bannerlord... and even more than that:

I want to be able to find an open plain and start building a village. Requiring specific requirements like 1000 hardwood, and 100 peasants to help build it. You explore the village site, and its just the open field before you start construction and have to choose what to build (housing first, maybe a granary for food storage, a barn etc) and you get a hammer and start whacking away using up your resources to build the actual buildings with your 100 peasants.
It could introduce new material requirements like types of masonry, as well as being able to establish your own independent culture.

There were mods in warband that let you do something similar. I highly TW will add something like this for bannerlord but I'm sure some future mods will.

I would say that having a more, maybe less confrontational way to declare your kingdom would be a nice touch lol
