Add Damage Dealt Counter To Scoreboard Like Warband

(GK) Warband had a overall damage dealt counter. It works for all gamemodes and has no downside. Would be nice to see overall damage dealt because it accurately reflects helpful teamates and good players a lot. Includes damage dealt to horses like Warband also would be neat to see in Skirmish. There is space on the scoreboard for this so I don't see the downside since this stat is tracked already anyways. Teamkilling damage in friendly fire servers/modes like skirmish could subtract from damage dealt also. Little quality of life scoreboard improvement that really shows a lot about a player in multiplayer.

I agree, it would also give feedback to players who play archer and just wound a lot of enemies, but you just get a tick of an assist. An assist doesn't look as valuable as a player who has the most damage on the team

the problem is more about not getting assists, when you should get one aswell
 
But Caps^ there is no downside to adding a damage counter also. It worked well in Warband multiplayer still to this date as an extra stat. I'd be curious to know what the assist algorithm is. Wonder if it's like 50 dmg dealt= assist. Hopefully the devs will tell us.
 
Warband didn't have that, it was a mod.
There is no need to clutter up the scoreboard by default - if you want it I'm sure someone will mod it in like in warband at some point.
 
It was on pretty much every multiplayer server. It doesn't clutter anything and there's a reason why every server on warband had it and everyone liked it. Its already proven its value. Should be added.
 
I think the Assist counter basically takes the place of a damage counter. If you see someone with a lot of assists and little to no kills, you know that person has been feeding their teammates by damaging enemies or generally helping deal damage. Having another option to see a precise number for it isn't needed nor is it helpful. Lots of servers had it in Warband because there was also no assist counter so it was basically a way to show that.
 
And it worked extremely well on GK servers. It doesn't clutter and in this type of game multiplayer with horse damage also it tells a lot stat wise. It's very good to add and wouldn't clutter at all. There really is no downside. The no clutter argument doesn't hold water in GK warband it was very clean and there's plenty of room for it in bannerlord scoreboard. GK servers have the most playtime of any Warband server so if its proven its worth there its field tested.
 
Would be nice to see what the calculation for the "Score" is, because I think it's pretty accurate from all I've seen so far.
 
Yes, NeoGK had it. Not sure if other mods that were compatible with Native also used it.
The server itself also needed to have Neo installed, if you had the client but the server didnt, the damage numbers wouldnt update. As far as I remember
 
The damage counter worked well for multiplayer Warband it would work well for multiplayer Bannerlord. There is room on the scoreboard and it doesn't look dumb. Its a good reflection of skill for multiplayer in this game. I don't see a downside to it being added it worked very well on the GK servers.
