Activation Server Down? Help needed!

Hello,
I have bought M&M (original, warband, F&B) a long time ago, and would like to install them tonight, but after finished the original M&B installation, I found it cannot be activated (it says "cannot connect to activation server" but I do have internet connection and firewall is not blocking). When I tried to manually activate, the link provided (taleworld*com/act/) is a 404 error. Is this a temporary server error? Would you fix it soon? Thanks!

BTW, I cannot submit a support ticket because when I submit, I was prompted to finish the capcha verification, but I actually cannot see it... I'm using Chrome on Win7

It seems our activation servers are alive and kicking as of writing this message. Can you try to activate the game again? I will get in touch with the team about a possible problem.

Can you try sending a ticket again from another browser? Capcha is also working as intended on my browser and it is not related to the server issue.

I looked closely at the support page and decided that maybe it is because I'm in China and capcha is from Google? I can see a line loading something from Google but Google is blocked in China, unfortunately.

And I just try activating again, the activation buttons still don't work. And manual activation of the original copy is also not workable as the link is not longer valid. But fortunately, the F&S manual activation link is working - I now can see the page! I will manually activate F&S now, will try warband and the original copy the same page.

How strange, now I'm prompted "The entered Hardware Hash is invalid. Please try again." But I do enter the code correctly, I made a screenshot but don't know how to upload it here.

I will try to activate the original and warband now. Hope these can go through.

The same error for warband... I guess the original would be the same as the machine hash is the same.

BTW, this machine hardware hash: JP4P-QGZW-PLN9

When connected with a VPN, activation works like charm...

So, it's because of my carrier? or because of my IP?

Anyways, I'm happy as it is solved.
