I tried to use serial number to activate fire and swords, but the prompt activation denied It is also failed to use manual activation.My network connection is normal, and there is no problem with firewall settings.

Where did you buy the game from? Are you playing through Steam? Also,

Please be aware that if you buy With Fire and Sword through the Steam store, the provided key will not work with the TaleWorlds website version of the game and you will be restricted to playing the game through Steam. Similarly, available keys for With Fire and Sword on the TaleWorlds website store are for the Steam version of the game. This is due to newly generated keys being incompatible with the website version of the game.
