Activation denied

It has been activated before. but now I get a 'activation denied' after putting in my serial key. also tried manual activation

We had an issue with our Non-Steam game activation servers last week. But it is fixed after half a day later when we found out and now it is working as it should be. We are sorry If you were not able to activate your games at that time period. Please take your time and try activating your game again.

As of right now my steam key is still not working either. I have put in a support ticket but would like to reach however I can for a quicker response.

I have a key that is not working. It says "Activation Denied". I even tried the manual activation with the machine hash etc, but it says the same.

I'm having the same issue. I can't play for more than 30 minutes.
