"Activation Denied" on my Viking Conquest :/

Can anyone help me?

I've bought yesterday the Mount and Blade Warband Viking Conquest game.
I've downloaded and installed both games (Warband and VC) from the Tale Worlds site, and waited for the serial key e-mail.

I got this key, but when I try to activate any of them games, it says "Activation Denied". I've tried any other combination of letters and numbers, it got me "Incorrect Serial Key", so I know my key exists, but simply won't Activate my game.

I've contacted the support e-mail, but I guess I'm not having any answer so soon.
