How the hell am I supposed to activate my game ?

Everytime I type my serial key I get "denied"!!!

I have last installed the game more than 6 months ago and It was a system that I wiped later one. Now I wanted to install on the new system but I keep getting denied, overall I haven't touched the game more 6 months. Any tips ?

I have written to the support but it seems hopeless somehow....
