noticed this was new feature. ı spent 2 hours trying to get it work but ı really dont get and can not find tutorial on it. ı want to know how to buy land ı choose 1 and done nothing happens same with money. İs it worth it aswell how much income does it bring.

To buy the land make sure you have enough. You need to slide the, well slider, to the right when buying land. You'll see a number come up and change as you increase the slider (given you have money for it). When you are happy with the amount you wish to purchase select the verify button just below it. Same goes with borrowing money. Just make sure you select verify after choosing what you want and the amount.

And the amount you earn depends on a few things, none of which I can remember. But usually it's like 100 or money coins every 2 weeks per acre bought. Hope this helps.

thank you for your answer.feel like noob but ı thought the verify writing was like decoration all ı did would be press done. Can ı ask one question ı bought 2 different types of land one for 930 and the bottom that said uncultivated for 1930 how much is the income difference dont exact value but a estimate and do ı need to collect personally or my chamberlain man will handle it

The only difference there is that you should only choose the uncultivated land option when there is no more land to buy. It's a waist of money and doesn't do anything other than create a new acre of land when there are no more left. And yes, you have to collect personally from the town/land owners menu every two weeks. No auto collect on this.

yeah ı actually noticed that after reading the writing in game few times. so its time buy loads of land mierce faction cities have quite alot of land so ı will buy from their

I know this is a few days old, but figured it might be a good place to ask my question.

The description for buying the land makes it sound like your land may not rent out, but I've always gotten the same amount of money no matter how much land I have. So is it a set amount? Also how does town wealth play into this? If the town is more wealthy do I make more and vice versa?

Yes, it is set. The description seems to be only fluff. The prosperity of a town has a direct influence on the rent. I have seen it range between 89 income per acre for poor towns to 149 for rich towns. So one could buy land cheaply in a poor town and as the town becomes richer, your income will rise.

IMO buying land is the best way to make money in this mod. One can easily get double or more the return on investment compared to industries like wine presses, and one never loses the money when the town is hostile to you -- it only piles up until you can collect it.

You can also view the bank report under reports at any given time and it will show you whether you have money in a bank. This is useful, because the weekly overview and the actual rent calculation and transaction are not linked or synched. This should be true unless Idibil didnt add this report.

To give a preview of what is to come in the future (at least on my end):
- sieges can destroy or steal acres
- towns controlled by the enemy will steal your money (based on chance)

Feel free to give input, critique or to make your own suggestions.

Sounds awesome. I've been thinking that acres are too safe and easy of a investment... Though personally I think enterprises are too risky with not enough reward, plus they take too long to pay back the initial investment.

2 weeks for rent from acres. Borrowed money is instantly transferred to your inventory.

Not in my game. I adjust sliders and click accept and nothing happens.

You mean you click verify below the slider?

插入代码块:
		(else_try),
(eq, ":object", "$g_presentation_obj_6"), #	Borrow chosen amount of money
			(try_begin),
				(gt, reg6, 0),
				(party_get_slot, ":debt", "$current_town", slot_debt),
				(try_begin),
					(le, ":debt", 0),
					(store_current_hours, ":date"),
					(val_add, ":date", 24*14*2), #	First Deadline / 4 weeks / then 2 weeks (see simple_triggers)
					(party_set_slot, "$current_town", slot_deadline, ":date"),
				(try_end),
				(troop_add_gold, "trp_player", reg6),
				(val_mul, reg6, 120),
				(val_div, reg6, 100),
				(val_add, ":debt", reg6),
				(party_set_slot, "$current_town", slot_debt, ":debt"),
				(start_presentation, "prsnt_bank"),
			(else_try),
				(display_message, "@You cant borrow 0 denars."),
			(try_end),
That is the code responsible for the transaction and it has to transfer the money or show the message "You cant borrow 0 denars.". There is no other option for the game, it has to do 1 of the 2.

I'm both blind and stupid. Can you believe I just noticed that the Verify word is a clickable button?

It is absolutely working as intended; but, could be possible to change Verify to a more intuitive option like: Buy Land, Prepare Land, Borrow or Make Payment?

That would be very easy to do for this mod, so thats up to idibil. The general kit, which im responsible for, will receive a face lift some time in the future, but currently im busy with other things.
