How do I get summer feast achievement?

I have summer feast achievement 
You have to get a mission from a village elder that they are preparing a summer feast and then collect a bunch of goods, it's very difficult to get all the goods before your soldiers eat them
I had to travel all over Eastern Europe searching for the different goods, it was tricky but not especially exciting.

For clarification :
This quest is given in several villages located in western side of map and only during summer months.

I went to at least 20 villages in July and August never got that quest form the Village Elder. Bah!

I bought this game from taleworlds and for some reason steam wont accept it. How did you guys get steam to accept it?NICK.ALTMAN said:

I got. It was easy after I found the village just as you said. In August in Tapiou more near Konigsberg.
