Resolved Achievements don't work in Sandbox mode

Summary: No progress towards completing Steam achievements with a fresh new character in sandbox mode (cheat mode is off). Even no progress towards cumulative achievements which have progress bar in Steam.
How to Reproduce: start a new campaign in sandbox mode and, for example, try to achieve 500 ranged mounted kills / clear a hideout -- there will be no progress
Have you used cheats and if so which: no mods

Entrepreneur (own a workshop and a caravan at the same time) seems to be not working.

can confirm. playing campaign and unlocked other achievements but this one is not triggering.

same with the one below; doesn't seem to trigger.

Looks like this triggering in multiplayer but not in singleplayer because I managed to do 4/500 somehow

But I can agree that for some reason some achievements are not counted, for example

Entrepreneur​

Own a workshop and a caravan at the same time.​

Swordbearer​

Craft a tier 6 sword.
Managed to do only 5/6 while reached 330 smithing​
