Achievements disabled?

Every time I jump into my game I get a quick flash notification that "achievements are disabled."

I am playing current live version, in a campaign started in 1.0.2, unmodded, no cheats.

Where in the local files can I change that? EDIT: Found it. cheat _mode = 0 is already what it was set at.

Same here. Had to use cheats because an enemy soldier was stuck in a wall. After its shown as disabled.

I just got the same message but I have never touched any files, cheats or inis. Nothing at all, it came out of nowhere.
