Accessing char attributes

With the unofficial editor, I found a way to access a char's level, and skills, but no way to access his attributes. Am I missing something? I want to modify the response of NPCs to the player depending on his charisma, as well as modifying the response choices of a character depending on his intelligence.

On a side note, is there a way to know to what skill index is associated what skill? Index 0 does not seem to be the first skill for a character (i.e. ironflesh).
