First question I know has been answered before, but I fail at search and have forgotten the answer but would like to know it again.. Does their leadership skill have any impact on their party size? I know they get a boost from their fiefs which dwarfs what leadership can add, but before I turn Lezalit and Matheld into lords I would like to know if I can make them slightly more useful by pumping a few points into leadership.
Second question has to do with using them as emissaries. Does their persuasion skill have any effect on me getting the result I want? My current character is a leadership type. High charisma and intelligence not so much strength or agility. Point being that when I send them out to sue for peace I am routinely told that whoever I sent them to wants to continue the war. If however I stumble upon the king in the field and try myself... Well it isn't perfect but I am getting my treaty about 50% of the time which has me wondering if persuasion has a roll to play in it not just for myself, but for my companions as well.
