Summary: so ive joined the site just for this question as i couldnt find an answer, is there any way to get this? so far only monchug seems to wear it but no matter how many times i captured him or entered to tournaments with 16 lords i couldnt find it. except when opened cheat mode and since i dont use cheat or mods i didnt use it on my characters as well.
